Because I tend to blog less frequently than I should, I wanted to add my latest tweet to my website to give visitors an idea of what I’m up to right now.

It’s a fairly simple process and twitter, very kindly, have a generator on their site here. I does have a couple of issues however (mainly the page can “hang” as it loads while it waits on twitter) but I haven’t really experienced too many problems with it so, for now at least, I’m sticking with the Twitter version. A few people have had a crack at amending the script so I may be forced to look into them in the near future.

I may well switch over to a CaRP solution for the SEO benefits. But I’m still weighing up the pros and cons of that.
